What Yapp does
Yapp records you talking, transcribes it on your phone, and uses an AI model to suggest short clips worth posting. The AI selects, cuts and coaches. It never writes or generates content for you.
Your content
Everything you record is yours. You are responsible for what you record and what you choose to post, and for having the rights to any video you import.
AI suggestions
Clip picks, scores, patterns and tips are suggestions, not promises. Some days the honest answer is that nothing is worth posting.
Fair use
Please don't misuse the app or the Yapp server, try to get around its limits, or use it to break the law. Daily limits apply to AI reviews.
Subscriptions
If Yapp offers a subscription, it is billed by Apple through your Apple ID and renews until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Free trials turn into paid subscriptions unless cancelled at least 24 hours before they end. Refunds are handled by Apple.
No warranty
Yapp is provided as is. We do our best, but we can't promise it will always work or that every clip pick will be right.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Blue and White Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Yapp in the last 12 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be in the app with a new date.
